- We've seen a great response so far to Margie Haack's The Exact Place, released at the end of September! Read this interview by Katy Bowser on the Art House America blog: "Let Them Kiss the Dog: an interview with Margie Haack." Also check out Glenn Young's review of the book on his blog, Faith, Fiction, Friends. The book is now available in all formats; check the book page for more information, and watch for more links to reviews as they come in.
- Newsletters: we're getting ready to send out our first occasional (2-4 times a year) newsletter, with details about our titles and authors, information about forthcoming books, and discount offers! They will be a bit like an expanded version of these "Books & Authors Notes" blog posts. If you're interested in receiving this newsletter, you can sign up using the form at the bottom of our Connect page.
- Work on Matt Redmond's The God Of The Mundane is closing in on completion! If you're interested in keeping up with news about this forthcoming book, do sign up for our newsletter!
- The big NEW announcement is that we are making plans for an updated, commemorative reprint of Keith Miller's Habitation of Dragons! If you know of Keith (best known for his 1965 book The Taste of New Wine, named by William and Randy Petersen as one of the 100 books that changed the century), you may also know that he died from pancreatic cancer earlier in 2012. Keith's widow, Andrea, is excited about working with Kalos Press to produce this volume in his honor and memory.
